Privacy policy
In short: we collect what is needed to answer your request, and we do not sell it to anyone.
What we receive
- What you type into the request form: your name and your contact in the messenger you choose.
- The request itself: rental dates, pick-up and drop-off points, the class and model of the car, the quoted sum and the deposit.
- Technical details: the page the request came from, the referrer, advertising tags (utm, yclid, gclid) and the analytics client id.
- Taps on a messenger button: the page you left from, the advertising tags and a hashed form of your IP address — the address itself cannot be restored from it.
What we use it for
- To answer you and confirm the car is free on your dates.
- To run the rental: delivery, extension, return, questions on the road.
- To see which pages and which ads bring people, so we do not pay for what does not work.
Where it is stored and who sees it
A request goes into our database and is mirrored as a notification to the team messenger so that no request is missed. Access to the database is closed by a service key — requests cannot be read from outside.
The conversation itself happens in WhatsApp, Telegram or Max: what is stored there follows the rules of those services, which we do not control.
To hand the car over we pass your name, dates and delivery point to the local fleet that provides the car. Nothing else is shared, and we do not pass or sell your data to anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as the rental and its bookkeeping need it. If the rental never happened, the request data has no purpose left — ask us and we will delete it.
Cookies and analytics
The site stores a small marker of where your visit came from, so a request can be traced back to the ad or the search that brought it. Yandex Metrica is connected for general visit statistics and collects depersonalised data.
You can block cookies in your browser — the site keeps working, the request simply loses its source.
Your rights
Write to us in the same chat where we talked: we will show what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. No special form is required.
