What happens after a request, what the sum is made of and what can still be changed before handover.
What the site does
On kolesio.com you can look through car classes and the prices of our own price list, search for a car on your dates and leave a request. A request is an enquiry for a booking, not a paid order.
Request and confirmation
- After a request we check that the car is free on your dates and write to the messenger you chose.
- No prepayment is taken at the request step.
- Until we confirm, the car is not held for you: part of the fleet is not shown online and availability is checked by hand.
- The quote you see in the search is held for 30 minutes; after that we requote on current data.
Price, delivery and deposit
- The quoted sum covers the whole rental period.
- Delivery to your point is counted separately.
- The deposit is refundable: it is held at handover and returned when you bring the car back.
- Prices depend on the season and the length of the rental, so the final sum for your dates is confirmed in chat.
Changes and cancellation
Dates can be changed any time before handover — write in the same chat and we will requote and confirm again. If your plans fall through before handover, just tell us: there is no prepayment at that step.
Handover
The rental contract is signed at handover with the company that provides the car, and its terms govern the rental itself. Insurance, the deposit and the return procedure are explained before you sign; the details are collected in our rental terms section.
