Who runs Kolesio?

Kolesio Car Rental Phuket is a car and scooter rental service on Phuket, and our WhatsApp Business account carries the same name. We pick a car for your dates and route, bring it to you and stay in the same chat until you hand it back. What do I sign, and when?

Who is covered by the insurance?

The drivers named in the contract who carry a passport, a national driving licence and an International Driving Permit; licences from ASEAN countries follow a different rule, which we confirm in the chat when you book. Can I get a child seat?

Yes, on request when you book. The seat is chosen by the child's age, weight and height. In high season seats run out before cars do, so ask early.

How can I pay for the rental?

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes, with a message in the same chat, up to handover. The request itself is free, and no prepayment is taken for it. New dates get a new total, because the daily price depends on the start date and on the length of the rental. The earlier you write, the easier the change.

Where is the car delivered?

To your hotel, villa or apartment, or to the arrivals exit at the airport. Delivery points: Phuket Airport, Bang Tao, Kamala, Karon, Kata and Kata Noi, Mai Khao, Nai Harn, Nai Thon, Nai Yang, Panwa, Patong, Phuket Town, Rawai and Surin on the island, and Natai Beach, Khao Lak, Krabi and Donsak pier on the mainland. At what time can the car be delivered?

Is delivery included in the price?

Where can I return the car?

Can I drive the rental car to Krabi, Khao Lak or further?
