What actually differs for a week
Not much under the bonnet that you would feel on Phuket roads. Both are small petrol automatics made for town and the ring roads, both park easily in narrow side streets, both fit two adults and luggage for a week.
The real differences are two. First the body: the City is a saloon with a separate boot, the Yaris comes as a hatchback or as the Yaris Ativ saloon. Second the price: look at the seven-day column in the table, it is the number that decides most bookings.
Price for seven days
Rental prices go in steps by length: 4–7 days, 8–14, 15–21, then a month with its own average rate. A week sits in the 4–7 day step, so the seven-day figure in the table is per day for your whole week.
The start date moves everything. November is cheaper than December or January, and May is low season. Same car, different week, different total, so check the strip with your dates rather than a screenshot from a friend.
Deposit for each car
The deposit is refundable and separate from the rental price. For economy cars it is usually 5,000 ฿, and the table lists the sum for each model in the search right now.
It is left in cash at handover, or a non-cash option is agreed in the chat before delivery. It comes back at the return, minus anything that has to be settled.
Which one for which trip
Two people, a beach a day, a lot of short hops between beaches? The cheaper of the two in the table is the sensible pick. You will not miss the extra boot.
Airport bags that you want out of sight in a beach car park, or a week with long day trips? The City or the Yaris Ativ, both saloons, keep the luggage behind a closed lid.
Booking the week and handing the car back
Send the dates, where you are staying and which of the two you want. If both are free, we say so and you pick; if only one is, you know straight away.
Payment for the rental is agreed in the messenger: roubles, cash, a bank transfer, USDT or a card. There is no prepayment just for asking, and the total for your dates is fixed in the chat before the car is delivered.
At the end you can hand the car back in another area or at the departures terminal on the day you fly. It goes back with the fuel level it came with; if it comes back dirty, the wash is 300 ฿.
