How do I read the daily rate table?

Find your class in the left column, then the column for the length of your rental. That cell is the lowest day rate in the class for that many days. Multiply it by the number of days and you have the rental sum for the cheapest car in the class.

The lengths are steps rather than a sliding scale. Two or three days share one step, four to seven days the next, and the steps run on to a month and longer. A week falls in the 4–7 days column, so the answer to how much a week costs is that cell times seven.

Each cell is the cheapest model in its class. Other models in the same class cost more, so the sum for the car you pick can sit above the table. The availability search shows the real figure for each free car before anything is booked.

What is added to the rental sum?

Two things sit outside the day rate. Delivery to your hotel, villa or the airport is its own line, agreed together with the dates. The deposit is the other: it depends on the model, from 5,000 to 30,000 ฿, and is held at handover and returned with the car. Insurance is not an extra. First-class commercial insurance is included in the rental and covers every driver named on the agreement who carries a passport, a national licence and an International Driving Permit. Fuel is the one running cost that stays with you. The fuel level goes into the handover record and the car comes back at the same level; the fuel policy page covers the rest.

Why can the price for my dates differ from the table?

The table is the floor, not your quote. A quote is built for real dates and real cars, and if the cheapest model in a class is already taken for your days, the next free one sets the price.

Every car we deliver has an automatic gearbox, so this is a table of automatic cars. There is no cheaper manual option to hunt for.

A long rental is where the table helps most. The 30+ days column is the lowest in every class, and a monthly rental is agreed as one sum for the whole period; the page on how monthly rental works explains the rest.

How do I get the exact sum for my dates?

Send the dates, the place where the car should meet you and the class or model on WhatsApp, or run the availability search on the booking page. The answer names the model, the sum for the whole period and the deposit, with delivery on its own line.

If two classes are close in the table, ask for both. Seeing the two sums side by side for your dates settles it faster than comparing day rates.

Is a car cheaper by the week in high season?

Yes. In high season the day rate still steps down as the rental gets longer; the season lifts the whole scale, it does not cancel the steps.

The steps run 2–3 days, 4–7 days, 8–14 days, 15–21 days and a month. A week sits on a lower step than a weekend, and a month has its own rate. The season table at the top of this page is for a 7-day rental, so for a shorter trip in February expect a higher day rate than that column shows.

If you are not sure whether you need the car for the whole stay, price the week first. Cutting a week down to three days moves you to the 2–3 day step, which has a higher day rate, so the saving is smaller than the number of days suggests.

What does a car cost per day over Christmas and New Year?

The Christmas and New Year column of the season table at the top of this page answers it: a live search for a 7-day rental starting 25 December, checked on the date printed under the table.

Search for the holiday weeks early. The search only shows cars that are still free for your dates, so an early search gives you more cars to choose from in each class.

A rental that only touches the holidays, say from late December into mid-January, gets a quote for those exact dates. Send them in the chat and you get one sum for the whole period.

Is insurance included in the daily price, and is the deposit extra?
